Thank you for considering Performance Powder, Inc for your powder coating needs. We will work hard to exceed your expectations. To accomplish this, there are some details we would like to know about the product you are looking to have powder coated. The details we are looking for will assist us in determining process methods and hanging configuration. These are very important for us to understand what surfaces are critical cosmetically. In some cases, 100% of the coating is necessary but may not be critical to the function of the part. We will benefit greatly to understand this information and are asking for a simple drawing, sketch or blue print depicting the critical surfaces (noted as CS) and if overspray is permitted on non-critical surfaces (noted as OS OK). I have included a sample of a critical surface drawing on the attached New Part Form 4100 along with a few questions pertinent to the use of the part and thank you again for giving Performance Powder the opportunity to provide our services.
PPI understands that you are looking for quality and fast turn-around on powder coating your parts. Please understand this information is being asked in order for PPI to provide the best possible outcome for your project and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.
